locus[edit]

I'd like to point out that articles made to insult people is vastly against wikipedia's rules. 16:14, 16 March 2006 User:207.81.21.49

{{editsemiprotected}} I'm not established enough to commit an edit here, but this page is getting rather cluttered. I'd suggest moving the pop culture references to their primary article (unless they are particularly notable). Specifically:

  • Delete the trivia about Ja Rule (belongs in the primary article).
  • Delete the link to Law and Order (web search sniff test didn't show very many hits for this sense of 'loci').
  • Suggest removing the link to Loci (band). It's a legitimate disambiguation, but a quick check on last.fm's playcharts show that it is rather obscure (~900 unique listeners).

I cleaned up the red links and the items you suggested, except for the band. If a user types in the band's name "Loci" in the search box, they will be taken to this disambig page. If we remove their name from the list, there would be no way for a user to find the page if they wanted to find the article about the band.-Andrew c [talk] 16:41, 14 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Looks good. Thanks! Drrakn (talk) 13:09, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
