Surely we should delete the reference to the Llandovery Decor Centre?

Not done. The coordinates in the article appear to be correct. If you have a specific suggestion for a needed change, please post it below. Deor (talk) 03:27, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sports people of Llandovery[edit]

A first class cricketer of Hampshire called Thomas Soar (born 1865) coached cricket at the college there (after retiring from playing) and is buried in the church yard, I believe. He was a good bowler, playing 101 First Class games taking 328 wickets at 23.82 runs apiece. He played for Carmarthenshire while living there. RoyDPP (talk) 08:50, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@RoyDPP: Yes, his cricket stats are here at CricInfo, but that shows that he took 323 f/c wickets not 328. Anyway, we have an article at Thomas Soar. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 12:48, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
He might be added to the notable staff section of Llandovery College if it could be detemined exactly what years he was a coach there. Deor (talk) 13:07, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
