Is this accurate? Wasn't this the one where the law was saved not because of section 1, but because the law was sound and it was actually the bureaucrats acting stupidly? CanadianCaesar The Republic Restored 03:21, 2 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Only One Source[edit]

This article would benefit from citing more than one source (and a source that isn't the ruling itself). Furthermore, the "The courts below" section appears to be incomplete and does not actually speak about the rulings of lower courts. Shalichan (talk) 22:56, 21 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
