Local government[edit]

Are urban-type settlements a type of local government or simply a statistical designation? Do they have their own councils? If so, I'm guessing all urban-stype settlements are on the level of raion subordination? --Criticalthinker (talk) 09:28, 26 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
