Anonymous Edits issue[edit]

Hi! I haven't edited on Wikipedia in ages so sorry if I misunderstood something.

Due to the fact that current article claims Kutaisi is having a tower built that will end up larger than worlds tallest building by 2031 4x times over, I will go ahead and reverse the latest anonymous changes by specific user.

Wanted to note it here because that user has around 4 existing warnings for same issue and 0 sources provided, and I am not aware of how English wikipedia moderation function in these situations but now might be good moment to block user from this article specifically?
