Peer review[edit]

I've made a few tweaks to this, all uncontroversial I expect. A concern which I haven't addressed, as it remains controversial, is inconsistency of naming. There are references to both Ha Noi and Hanoi, there are links to towns whose articles have diacritics but the link doesn't (such as Vung Tau), and vice versa, and almost all railway station articles don't have diacritics even when the corresponding town does.
