Signatories of the 1845 proclamation[edit]

I don't know who was behind this one nor am I sure how to find out. According to dates listed in this article, it appears the Quorum members were Brigham Young, Heber C. Kimball, Orson Hyde, Parley P. Pratt, William Smith, Orson Pratt, John E. Page, John Taylor, Wilford Woodruff, George A. Smith, Willard Richards, Lyman Wight, and Amasa Lymna. HOWEVER, that is thirteen names. Also, it's not clear that they were all involved in writing/proclaiming. If anyone has a good source, that would be great. Thanks! • I think the problem is with Amasa Lyman. Lyman first joined the Quorum of the Twelve on August 20, 1842. On January 20, 1843, Orson Pratt was admitted back into the Twelve, so Lyman was dropped from the Quorum. Joseph Smith made him a counselor in the First Presidency on February 4, 1843. After Smith's death, Lyman was not admitted back into the Quorum of the Twelve until October 6, 1845, when William Smith was removed from the Quorum. This is after the date of the proclamation first being made, which was April 6, 1845. Tl;dr: Amasa Lyman was not a member of the Quorum when the proclamation was made.
