Giles Bullard served during the Grenada invasion. Not exactly sure their term though.

This list is difficult. It takes a lot of Googling... For example such search as:

"(High Commissioner name) replaces"
"Appointed to replace (High Commissioner name)"
"Outgoing High Commissioner to Barbados"
"High Commissioner accredited to Barbados" etc...

Searching UK Parliament docs... etc...

I don't see any other sources that list the High Commissioners going back to 1966 when B'dos became independent. Beware this is time consuming and ofcourse the main Internet only goes back to the early 1990s in most cases.
