Gaps in the chronology[edit]
The article currently states:
- Marc Bazin (acting): June 19, 1992 - June 15, 1993
- Jean-Bertrand Aristide: October 15, 1994 - February 1996
- Émile Jonassaint (provisional): May 12 - October 12, 1994
- Jean-Bertrand Aristide: October 12, 1994 - February 7, 1996
Note that Jonassaint's term is out of order, Aristide's 1994-96 term is listed twice with two different starting dates, and nobody is identified as having been president (even acting or provisional) from June 15, 1993 to May 12, 1994. --Metropolitan90 05:44, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Colors[edit]

- Yes very cliché at this point Tad Lincoln, but gold/revolutionary in-command leader, purple/emperors, blue/presidents for life, yellow/standard president; green/provisional, acting, interm etc. Savvyjack23 (talk) 20:37, 15 February 2016 (UTC)

Number in line as "full" president of Haiti[edit]
As of 15 February 2016, the following seems to reflect accuracy (therefore unremoved from respective articles) minus all interims, acting, provisional, military presidents etc., which should not count towards this number:

- Unfortunately after further review, we are going to have to assign certain acting presidents a number. The Haitian government is calling Jovenel Moïse the 58th president. So what we currently have is WP:OR. We can model the order we have on the French page (fr). The key phrase to abide by in all of this is head of state, regardless of officially elected or not, if considered/assigned a number, we must follow suit. The country throughout its history has had undemocratic elected positions and I suppose that their government understands that and counts them anyway. What can I say...?
