Mustang Airlines[edit]

Per the current edit, a carrier named Mustang Airlines is purported to have operated from 1967 to 1977 from Dallas, Texas, based on a cap pin with a cryptic winged "M" logo on an aviation memorabilia website that doesn't indicate where the information came from. I'm a North Texas history buff and I've never heard of such a carrier operating in the area in this timeframe. According to published sources, an air taxi outfit called Mustang Aviation operated out of Dallas Love Field in the 1950s, but I've found no indication that they were a full-blown air carrier nor that they ever used the Airlines name. On the other hand, CAA records indicate that an air carrier named Mustang Airlines operated out of Tonopah, Nevada, in 1971. Carguychris (talk) 21:59, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
