Inclusion criteria[edit]

There has been a note on the edit page for some time, but for clarity I have added a notability requirement to the descriptive paragraph on this list. Notability here is the fairly low bar of having an article in Wikipedia on the author or the book. If you want to add a book or author, please write the article first, make sure it has references, and keep your fingers crossed that it doesn't get deleted.

It always causes me a pang to see authors removed from the list. It is a real achievement for a young person to write a book and have it published. The increase in self-publishing makes this possible for many more authors, and that is a wonderful thing. However, it means that to include everyone would make the list unwieldy and far less interesting. It would be good if we could link to an external website dedicated to these young authors – so if anyone knows of one or could create one, please do. ---- Robina Fox (talk) 17:51, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

i wrote a book and published it on kindle when i was around 10, though it was read by just my family members :( it just got like three reviews CrAzY1357924680 (talk) 08:10, 4 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
