Orphaned references in List of androgynous people[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of List of androgynous people's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 20:19, 26 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Removals[edit]

  • Casey Legler has rejected the term, saying "I'm not androgynous. There is no ambiguity with me."[1] Another academic source agrees they are masculine, not androgynous: [1]. Though outside sources refer to Legler as androgynous, self-identity needs to trump them. Fences&Windows 21:14, 8 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • I removed Mana (Japanese musician) as I could not find sources using the label and to the contrary "Mana, the group's songwriter, is the only member dressed unambiguously as a female". [2] Fences&Windows 21:33, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
