Proposed split[edit]

I have proposed to split a portion of this article (containing about 20 names) to List of ambassadors of the United Kingdom to Yugoslavia since Yugoslavia and Kingdom/Republic of Serbia are quite different countries.

The new article list should include the UK ambassadors to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia (and the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes since this is just the pre-1929 name for Yugoslavia) and the post-1945 communist-ruled SFR Yugoslavia.

The ambassadors to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1992–2003) is the same state as the Serbia and Montenegro (7 names if combined) - and those would be best split off to List of ambassadors of the United Kingdom to Serbia and Montenegro.--Tomobe03 (talk) 13:53, 9 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
