Automated list[edit]

@MoonlightTulsi: If it's any help to you in completing the page, there's a dynamically generated list here drawing on the Wikidata:WikiProject British Politicians records. (Constituency & party are as of last day in Parliament, rather than a comprehensive list). I believe it's up to date as of Brocklebank-Fowler, the most recently published obituary. @MoonlightTulsi: Glad to help! I've had a look at the other lists as well & will leave notes on those talkpages. Andrew Gray (talk) 22:05, 6 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ronald Thomas[edit]

Thank you to whoever has created and maintained this article - very useful. I was checking the article for Ronald Thomas earlier, and noticed he had a death date, despite me thinking he was still alive. It turns out that it's his son who has added that info to his article, along with a photo and some other information. However, there is no verifiable source for Thomas's death. The only confirmation I've found is a record for him at the Gov.UK Find a Will service. It seems odd (and sad) that his death hasn't been reported in any mainstream media outlets. I've added Thomas to this article, using the Probate Search as a reference, but I'm aware it isn't ideal as a source. I ordered a copy of the Grant and Will, but I'm not sure the PDF file that gets delivered will be usable as a source. It might show his address as the same one he had in Who's Who. I would suggest that the information on his death should be left here (and on his own article), rather than being removed, but a better source added as and when one comes to light. WW should add it eventually, whilst Ancestry's UK death records currently only go up to 2019, so maybe 2020 will be available at some point.--TrottieTrue (talk) 22:44, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Having downloaded the Grant and Will from the Probate Search service, I can confirm that the home address for Thomas is the same one included in his Who's Who entry, so that would appear to confirm the death is him. Same full name, and Sean Thomas-Bouzas, who edited the article to include Ronald's death, is listed as the executor. Who's Who apparently update their entries to include death details every so often, so the entry for Thomas there should be able to be used as a verifiable source at some point. I don't think the PDF Grant and Will are usable as sources here.--TrottieTrue (talk) 19:53, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
