Main Character[edit]

Isn't Ricky the main character? Most of the plots revolve around his life, and his family. And if Julian is the protagonist, then why is he listed below Ricky? --Selxxa (talk) 20:04, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Cory and Trevor[edit]

Can someone provide source where this info regarding Cory and Trevor leaving the show came from? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 74.114.134.87 (talk) 10:07, 1 April 2007 (UTC).[reply]

In answer to the above question, the first episode of the 7th season is entitled "I fucking miss corey and trevor" You can check with shocase.ca as a source

Group Leader[edit]

The quick description of each character describes Ricky as the "Leader" - I'm not really sure that's right. *If* there is a leader, it's Julian. I'm going to change it, but I would like to see if others think the same first. Observer31 05:14, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rocketqueen0206 (talk) 18:54, 23 January 2008 (UTC)== Julian is definitely the leader.==[reply]

I'm a huge fan of the show. I've seen every episode several times and Julian is definitely the leader. Ricky and Bubbles do what Julian tells them to do almost always. Ricky may come up with some ideas of his own, but he doesn't get any help unless Julian approves of them. Then Julian decides the actions to take and gives the orders. Julian acts and speaks like a leader in that he freqently gives orders and never takes them, and he has an authoritative demeanor. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rocketqueen0206 (talkcontribs) 18:50, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

trevor and corey were apparently anooyed out of the trailer park by the boys julian bubbles ricky as a cover for them leaving the show —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.35.142.189 (talk) 06:30, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ricky and Julian[edit]

I believe that the description of their character should be removed from this article. The names Ricky and Julian can remain, but it should be a link redirecting to the main pages for them. (They have their own pages.) Other TV Shows do this for their main characters, they have a list of characters with redirects to the main page for important characters on said list. Also, I posted in the talk page, there is a motion to remove the article and merge with this, I believe they should remain having their own page, but it should be expanded. I haven't watched enough of the show to expand it, and as far as redirecting to their page, all I can do is add stuff on talk page and sign my name, and edit actual words, but I don't know the wiki code really at all. I can do the double equal sign to start a heading, and the 4 ~ to sign and that's it. Sorry I can't help more guys Tainted42 (talk) 00:08, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

In the main heading paragraph 'Ricky' the copy mentions the fact that Ricky may have 'superpowers.' Ricky also appears to have another superpower; imperviousness to animal tranquilizers. In season 4, episode 5 (ithink) Ricky and the boys are at the veterinarian (Sam "the Caveman" Losco) office and Ricky gets pierced with multiple large-animal blow-darts, but is not affected at all. He later surmises that this is another of his "superpowers." Obvs. low priority but Na Wha Ma Sayin?

Randy 'Cogniac'[edit]

Randy 'Cogniac' Someone edited that Randy's last name is Cogniac, when I went back and watched the episode, it sounds more like Lahey is saying "Trailer Park Supervisor Randy, caught in the act, observing Julian." not "Trailer Park Supervisor Randy Cogniac observing Julian." Not to mention, that makes much more sense, in context.

I don't believe it's fair to say that's his confirmed last name. If any, his last name is Beau-Bandy.--Dan 06:58, 1 December 2008 (UTC)

"I believe he says Cogniac - Cogniac, a liquor, would be a name trailer park boys would use." -anonymous

Whatever it is that lahey is saying sounds like "caught in the act"- nothing like cogniac which is pronounced "cone-yak". Whatever he's saying it is in no way sufficient evidence to claim that the last name of the character. (talk) Dan 00:57, 8 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's caught in the act, I've seen the episode many times. only the lahey, his family, the cops, losco and the collins's have last names in the show —Preceding unsigned comment added by DAMD (talkcontribs) 20:47, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

J-Roc is a producer that works with Timbaland ?????[edit]

Yes he is. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timbaland_production_discography So why is the J-Roc keyword redirecting to a bunch of fake fictional characters of a dumbass canadian soap opera? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.49.156.84 (talk) 16:03, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

^^^ to answer your question above ^^^your the dumbass kid Trailer Park Boys is way better than any black ass jroc who hangs out with a fat over rated shitty rapper named timrbaland? FYI kid theres no law against people having the same name.. learn how to google and you'll get the right search results

Soap opera? Aaaaw shit, it's fuckin' on now, you know'm sayin'? You best not be frontin' on this talk page son.

Alien Corey and Trevor[edit]

No mention yet about the "alien" Corey and Trevor that take their places in Series 7.77.99.98.37 (talk) 19:50, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Bubbles Real Name.[edit]

In Season Three Episode Three entitled "If I can't smoke and swear, I'M FUCKED!" "Bubbles" first name is revealed as "Jamie" when they are acquitted of their charges of stealing gasoline.

^^^^Bubbles does not have a real name, (Julian gives his name at the hospital as "It's just Bubbles." Jaime is J-Roc's real name. The judge says she finds Ricky, Julian, Jaime and Bubbles not guilty. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.113.112.191 (talk) 01:46, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

About J-Roc being "under the delusion that he is actually black"[edit]

Mainly, there is no real example of J-Roc believing he is black. That is not a fact or necessarily the intention of the producers to depict him in that fashion. The statement is instead a very subjective interpretation. The section as it stands now does describe the characters behavior that probably is behind that interpretation, and is now more objective. -Gunst (talk) 20:38, 29 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The episode "Who's the Microphone Assassin?" (season 3, episode 4) involves Lahey calling DVS to tell him that J-Roc is pirating DVS' music for profit. When DVS comes to Sunnyvale to confront J-Roc, their initial conversation ends with DVS being offended that J-Roc was trying to pass himself off as a "brother". DVS disses J-Roc's perceived blackness to the point where J-Roc retreats into his mom's trailer and changes into "white clothes" (and speaking in a non-gangster way). During this whole ordeal, Lucy and Sarah tell the documentary crew about how J-Roc has considered himself black -- literally black -- for as long as anyone can remember and how everyone just sort of forgot that he's actually white. Even J-Roc's mother tries to console him by saying she's been with black guys in the past, so it's possible he really is black. No subjective interpretations required. ☉ nbmatt 09:20, 23 September 2014 (UTC)

"Danny"[edit]

Danny's real name is Donny/Donnie. Ricky calling him Danny is a "Rickyism". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.232.68.69 (talk) 09:56, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ricky actually calls him Donny, which is the actual rickyism. in the christmas special when danny starts yelling, the commentary says "that's our danny character" or something of the like — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.224.173.37 (talk) 15:21, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

But several times you'll hear bubbles and Julian refer to the character as "donny". During the filming of "Live in Fucking Dublin" you can hear an audience member yell such as the character would and bubbles is heard saying "fucking donny is here" Garrettm11 (talk) 17:39, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
