Commemorative flag[edit]

The red flag with the gold star was adopted by presidential decree as the flag for the Russian Army and not used only in commemorative occasions. Can someone shed light in on the date this was made?

First flag of the Soviet Union (and one or two thereafter)[edit]

I´m not absolutely sure but I think Stalin imposed his constitution, (translated) "Soviet Union" instead of "Soviet Russia" around 1929. Which if I´m true, calls for some minor changes. Not related to the flags´layout, but the the years.
