Trautman's military service[edit]

Trautman has three Combat Infantryman's badges (CIB with two stars). In the eighties that meant he was in the infantry in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. If Trautman was born on July 5, 1929 that means that he lied about his age and was in the Army when he was approximately 15/16 years of age. What do you think?

Not in my opinion, for three main reasons:-

1) he's a primary character only second to Rambo

2) he features heavily in 3 films and even appears in the 4th via flash backs
