List of KonoSuba episodesKonoSuba (TV series) – Naming conventions similar to Attack on Titan (TV series). 184.146.38.122 (talk) 08:44, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support – correct naming convention as per WP:NCTV. --IJBall (contribstalk) 16:53, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strong Oppose per MOS:A&M If a given list is long compared to the rest of the article, consider splitting it out to a separate article titled List of (series) episodes, List of (series) chapters, List of (series) novels, or similar. and the reasoning I gave on the third comment in Talk:List of The Saga of Tanya the Evil episodes. Link20XX (talk) 17:12, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • Again – and pay attention to this: anime series fall under WP:TV, including WP:NCTV. WP:ANIME cannot make up rules on this – the project has already been slapped down on this (more than once IIRC). You cannot have a LoE article, without a TV series article first – that's the process. And 1- or 2-season TV series will generally not have a separate LoE article – there will only be a "TV series" article. --IJBall (contribstalk) 17:22, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
      • MOS:A&M also applies though, so we have 2 competing MOS systems. Link20XX (talk) 17:24, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
        • No, again – anime falls under WP:TV. I can't be any clearer about that. What MOS:A&M is saying on this currently is wrong, at least in regards to LoE. --IJBall (contribstalk) 17:26, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
          • MOS:A&M is an official standard, thus you need consensus for it to be "wrong". Link20XX (talk) 17:28, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per IJBall. -- Netoholic @ 17:32, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • Per others is a WP:AADP. Link20XX (talk) 17:35, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
      • You've clearly misinterpreted AADP. I am not "per others" but "per IJBall" - a specific person making a specific case which I fully agree with. -- Netoholic @ 19:29, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • CommentAnyone reading this should also see the similar proposal at Talk:List of The Saga of Tanya the Evil episodes. Link20XX (talk) 19:26, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Repeat myself from the other page: I have struk some of my above comments. I would like to ask you WP:TELEVISION participants stop trying to force your standard on WP:ANIME. Thanks. Link20XX (talk) 19:36, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment – In looking closer, in this specific instance, I think a good case can actually be that this particular one should be merged back to KonoSuba (as per WP:SIZESPLIT) and that a separate "anime" article isn't justified at all. I'm not going to change my !vote right now, but if consensus shifts to a "merge" outcome, I would likely change to be in support of it. --IJBall (contribstalk) 20:38, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. I don't really have a dog in this fight, but per the ANI submission filed, certain TV editors were pretty clearly overruled in the discussion here . So no, the standards don't have to be exactly the same, nor should they be. Regardless, this is pretty clearly a "list of episodes" article not an article strictly on the show, so regardless of naming conventions, the current title is more useful for readers. SnowFire (talk) 22:54, 14 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • On this article, I would rather not do a merge. It has 22 episodes total (including the OVAs), which is pretty close to what we normally split episode lists at. Link20XX (talk) 00:04, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. This article is an article about the television series as there is no other article about the television series it should be titled as proposed. This is clearly written in both WP:NCTV (which is the only television-related naming convention guideline) and also in explained more in details as to why in the general MOS:TV. As stated above, additional information should be added including but not limited to development, casting, production and reception. Gonnym (talk) 07:05, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • You have had this discussion before in the RFC linked above. We have decided to keep things different. Please stop trying to force anime to use your standard. Link20XX (talk) 14:31, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose: This article is a list episode and an extension of the original article. This list itself is not sufficient enough to stand as its own main article if it was renamed to "TV series" and I'm afraid that by doing so, it's at risk of being merged to the original article (making it too long). This issue has been brought up twice in the past and I remember WP:TV's side was overruled when it was brought up to ANI. lullabying (talk) 20:21, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strong oppose per my comments on this previous shitshow here over the exact same issue. See also consensus at village pump here that anime MOS is not subordinate to television MOS. Satellizer el Bridget (Talk) 05:12, 16 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

List movie Legend of Crimson[edit]

Shouldn't the movie KonoSuba:_God's_Blessing_on_This_Wonderful_World!_Legend_of_Crimson be listed between the last OVA and the coming season 3?

Then we have the complete timeline and order in which to watch everything . Klaas van Aarsen (talk) 23:18, 17 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

GalaxyFighter55 Edits[edit]

@GalaxyFighter55: I reverted because you messed up the grammar and flow and removed content that I added. As for the content I added, as this is a list article of episodes, I think it would be beneficial to list all the episodes from the spinoff here relegating that to a see also link I do not think is appropriate. Master106 (talk) 12:42, 17 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Master106: I personally believe the grammar and flow is better than what was provided before I edited it, but if you disagree we could continue discussions on that here. However, there is absolutely no reason to add a spin-off anime's episode list there as it is already available in full on the main article, hence why I removed it.--GalaxyFighter55 (talk) 03:12, 18 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'll remove it from the see also as the page is already linked within the article.
"The first two seasons adapt the first four volumes of the light novels" is not grammatically correct. It should be "adapts" like what you changed it from.
"followed by the anime film subtitled Legend of Crimson which adapts the fifth." is not grammatically correct. The word "followed" suggests the word should be "adapted" not "adapts". Plus, what it said before was fine.
"An Explosion on This Wonderful World! aired from April 6 to June 22, 2023. The third season premiered on April 10, 2024." I added in "while" to make it flow better from one line to the next. Master106 (talk) 06:07, 20 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
