Under construction[edit]

The template was removed today, since I haven't done any work on this article on almost a week. I've already added all of the characters that need to be merged, but there's a handful of major characters who have their own articles, that still need to have summary paragraphs here. I might add some more minor characters later, but I would appreciate any help in filling out the summary paragraphs for: Major Bludd, Overkill (G.I. Joe), Scrap-Iron, Serpentor, Slice (G.I.
