Alphabetic listing ?[edit]

Does this list really need to be sectioned alphabetically? I propose removing the alphabetic section names. Comments? Thanks Hmains 19:08, 10 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

duplicative articles[edit]

Why do we have both this article and another article called list of Irish American gangsters ? Which one should remain and which one should disappear? Thanks Hmains 00:59, 9 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Interesting, I wasn't aware another editor had created a similar article. I would assume, following naming convention and the older of the two articles, the list should be merged here. MadMax 14:04, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

non-referenced names[edit]

Names should not appear on this list unless they have WP articles that attest to their being Irish American and mobsters OR, for names with out WP articles, references are provided in this article that attest to these facts. Accordingly, I propose to move all the non-referenced, non-article names to this article's talk page where they can be further examined for possible later inclusion in the article. I will start on this work in 7 days or so. Any comments? Hmains (talk) 05:03, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Who made this list?

Does anyone have additional information regarding Roger Gardner, the Irish - American mobster?

I have been researching him and have found limited information. He was born in 1935 at Pennsylvania, lived in Buffalo, New York, and later died in 1992 in New York. His full name was Roger Andrew Gardner.

Send me an email at lonewolfcg@aol.com and I will write an article about him.

Redlinks[edit]

I just removed several redlinks from the list. Do not add names unless the person has an article. If they are notable, and references exist, write at least a stub article about them before adding them to the list. ---RepublicanJacobiteTheFortyFive 22:41, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
