Environmental subject?[edit]

THIS IS NOT ENVIRONMENTAL. it is Philosphical/political_reasoning/Ethics. the tag should not be there. CchristianTehWazzit

It's related to the environment, the idea being that if an environment can't support people, giving them resources from another one is not going to solve the problem. Article Clean up[edit]

OK all you people, I fixed the article up. this is all good stuff, so rathar than deleting it down to 5 scentences again; TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG.

Merge from Lifeboat Economics[edit]
