References[edit]

For some reason I wasn't able to link the authors name (which is Polugaevsky) in the second book in the references section. I used a template, entering the authors name as "Polugayevsky, Lyev" because that's what it was transliterated as in the English addition. Under the "authorlink= " part I put "Lev Polugaevsky," which is the name of the article and the more often used transliteration. Except it didn't link it, and it also caused it to be bold for some reason. Could someone fix it or tell me how to fix it myself? Thanks! GBizzle (talk) 18:44, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Russian chess player, not Belarusian[edit]

It is a big mistake that you categorize Lev Polugaevsky as Belarusian chess player. After Soviet Union's collapse he has never been classified on FIDE rating lists as Belarusian, always as Russian player. It means nothing that he was born in Mahilyow. pjahr (talk) 18:20, 30 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
