Proper Title?[edit]

Should this page be redirected to "Letters of Jonathan Oldstyle, Gent."? While the letters are commonly referred to without the "Gent.", the correct title does contain the title of "gentleman." What do readers prefer? (The page for The Sketch Book of Geoffrey Crayon, Gent. -- the full name for The Sketch Book -- doesn't contain the "Gent." in its page title listing).--Federalistpapers (talk) 19:06, 1 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with keeping this article in the simpler title, as per WP:COMMONNAMES. I think it's best to have the article easy to find anyway. --Midnightdreary (talk) 16:34, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree. Simpler does not appear to equate with correct in this case. The title appears to be Letters of Jonathan Oldstyle, Gent.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.205.77.99 (talk) 22:44, 16 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
