I'm sorry for that edit, but the English really did need some cleaning up. I tried to keep informational changes down to the minimum. Some points that I feel need mentioning are that 'Balcerowicz's' sounds dreadful and should be avoided. I didn't change it, but I've always known the Polish economic reforms to be called the 'Balcerowicz Plan'. I was very tempted to change the past tense into the present tense when talking about 'Balcerowicz musi odejsć'. Surely this slogan is still current, (although now more often applied to Roman Giertych). I also felt I had to change the phrase 'until now state-owned heavy industry', by cutting off the 'until now'. I'm not really sure if I've seriously changed the writer's intention, but there's no doubt in my mind that the phrase was ridiculously unwieldy. There are some other points that I feel stylistically also need editing, but I'll leave that to someone else.

OK. So I changed my mind and wrote 'The Balcerowicz plan', I also took the trouble to check out the Polish page and I noticed that the last paragraph was pretty much a translation of what was written there, however it was somewhat biased due to the ommission of the final part of the paragragh. Though my rough translation corrects this error I really don't like this 'Some people'. This surely requires at least one name. If someone takes the trouble to read this could they please change it in some way.

Please don't be sorry. We desperatly need users with good command of English, as a rule of thumb, much of information about country x related issue comes from country x Wikipedians, who often are not English native speakers. I hope you will consider staying with Wiki project and helping us out with that or whatever else you fill interesting.
