I think maybe someone should help reliable sources that verify the full date of birth, and the place of birth. So far this https://prabook.com/web/leroy_leon.pendarvis/383320 is the only source I found, which says he was born November 16, 1945 in Augusta, Georgia, but I don't know reliable of a source this is, to me it seems like something anyone could've written, and got it wrong or got confused.
