This article's previous reference was: cite book |author=Deneys Reitz |title=Commando: A Boer Journal of the Boer War |publisher=Kessinger Publishing, LLC |chapter=Chapter 25 |year=1929 |pages=298 |isbn=1-4179-2584-1 |oclc= |doi= |accessdate=. I have no idea what that book says, so I don't know where to move this reference to. Sorry. -- leuce (talk) 18:56, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately not having access to a source does not mean that you can replace it with a website that does not meet WP's requirements for referencing. I have reverted your changes - kindly read the core policies of WP:V and WP:RELY before removing references again. Thank you. Socrates2008 (Talk) 08:45, 17 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I did not "replace it" with another reference. I just have no idea what that reference says (and neither do you). I have no idea what part of the wiki article this book reference relates to. Which reference that I added are not reliable (and why not)? -- leuce (talk) 19:55, 19 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
On what grounds do you base your assumption that I don't know what the ref says? The page you added does not meet WP's requirements for reliability as the site's publisher and editor are unknown, and also not recognised authorities on this subject.
