Re-enactment link[edit]

Should a link be included to the Legio VI Victrix re-enactment group in California? HuronKing. August 12 2006

At the time of Galba the VI Victrix was based in Legio, current León, Spain. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.8.98.118 (talk) 13:27, 7 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The caption of map to the right states that VI is in Britain, however, the map indicate that VI is in Germany. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.97.70.33 (talk) 23:13, 11 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Epigraphic Inscriptions[edit]

I am proposing the removal or re-structure of the Epigraphic Inscriptions sections added here in March 2016. The inscriptions are a single list with Latin detail only, no translations and references to textual catalogues without full referencing used (e.g. RIB for Roman Inscriptions of Britain). As all of the RIB entries are online (http://romaninscriptionsofbritain.org/) it should suffice to link to individual examples where it is relevant to do so rather than just dumping a specialist list of epigraphic material without context or interpretation. Not a bad proposal. Cagwinn (talk) 20:08, 18 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
