Citation[edit]

I hope there's no objection to citing the original French edition rather than an English version. I would ask that at the very least, unless Flammarion has come out with a newer edition with a different ISBN, that the ISBN from the 2001 printing be kept in the infobox. As for the translators, they are cited in the bibliography and aren't needed in the infobox. Haikupoet 03:10, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Imperial version - so what?[edit]

"Measurements are included in Metric units, though most translations for the United States have included Imperial units as well". I'm sorry, but what? The fact that Escoffier's masterpiece has been published in Imperial for the benefit of Americans is hardly a notable fact.
