Stick to the facts[edit]

I'm the first person to criticize the Argentina judiciary, but this article needs to go to the fact and remove personal consideration or opinionated phrases:

"In practice, there is not a truly independent judiciary and the courts lack power to enforce orders against the executive."

That is a very, very arguable assertion. Should not be worded like that.

Cleanup notice[edit]

The text in the article needs to be properly formatted into Wikipedia standards, and the sections are to be filled in. As a matter of principle, new articles should be discussed here first, and/or at Talk:Constitution of Argentina. Editors should coordinate efforts here before creating new articles. --Pablo D. Penal code?[edit]

This article seems to ignore the Argentine Penal Code, (red)linked from several articles. Some of the article seems to concentrate on civil law, but criminal law is also mentioned. It needs a stronger distinction (separate section?) for civil and criminal law, and more detail. Pol098 (talk) 11:31, 30 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
