There seems to be 3 truly excellent sources for this and all similar articles--the following multi-vol encyclopedias:

  1. the multi-page national entry with many references in World Police Encyclopedia, ed. by Dilip K. Das & Michael Palmiotto published by Taylor & Francis. 2004, though not as recent as would be desirable. (National parts are available on Google books):
  2. the national entry in Sullivan, Larry E. et al. Encyclopedia of Law Enforcement. Thousand Oaks: Sage Publications, 2005. (just the index searchable in Google Book s)
  3. the newer national entry in Kurian, George Thomas, and George Thomas Kurian. World Encyclopedia of Police Forces and Correctional Systems. Detroit: Thomson Gale, 2006..(not searchable in Google Books)

On the basis of these 3 widely available sources, sources which according to WorldCat seem to be in every college library and large public library, & some of which are available online, I am removing the prod. DGG (talk) 22:25, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Call for help in the article, edited out[edit]

Today, December 18,2017, I was speaking with my husband, Aaron Chapman, as he was riding , in a taxi with his security guard, to his hotel this evening at 10:30 pm your time. I am in the USA. Aaron was working with his crew rebuilding your railroad to Parakou from Port Nova. As we were talking, Aaron told me they were being stopped. I then heard a man screaming at them, to give him their money. I am to assume this their also took his cell phone. I have no contact information for him. Please investigate and get back with me. I have no where else to turn. Please help me find Aaron Chapman!!!!
