Latina, ItalyLatina (city) — It was the original title, it could be clearer and, as seen, it is the most used standard for italian "ambiguous" municipalities, ambiguos with "not municipal meanings". Thank you DerBorg (talk) 22:14, 4 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose Latina, Italy is a much better disambiguation then Latina (city). TJ Spyke 23:33, 4 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment: in my opinion Latina should either be a disambiguation page or point directly to this article. I don't think the use of "Latina" as feminine for "Latino" is the least-surprise result for someone typing in the article's name, while the city would be. --LjL (talk) 14:17, 5 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Latina" as feminine for "Latino" is a very common word. I suspect most native English speakers are unaware of this city. Have you taken a look at the links? Dekimasuよ! 06:00, 6 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You mean the references that have recently been added after making Latina a two-hops disambiguation page? Well, I'm not sure I'd trust a dictionary on this, dictionaries simply won't list cities in many cases; I'd rather have Google hits. Ironically, the first link (dictionary.com), when typing in "Latina" (not "Latino" as the reference has) does indeed give me the definition mentioned, but also provides me with ad banners about the city of Latina... ;-) Anyway, when I Google for "Latina", I get Wikipedia links first, then a politics site (apparently), then three official sites about the city of Latina in Italy. --LjL (talk) 12:59, 6 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I think Latino is the more likely search target than the town. Try searching "Latina" in Google and see how many results are about the town. (WP:GOOGLEHITS, I know, but that's just an example.) Jafeluv (talk) 18:56, 11 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with the latter, and I have changed it. --LjL (talk) 20:05, 11 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Climate figures[edit]

At the moment the table creates a huge gap of white space. I presume someone - whenever - will be filling in additional text in the article. So, I'm leaving it for the nonce but if no expansion were going to occur the page would have to be redesigned.Dave (talk) 15:06, 5 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
