Firearm restrictions?[edit]

What is the need for the paragraph about the firearms policy at the track, and how did it earn its own heading? I thought one of the rules of Wikipedia is that it's not a how-to manual, or something to that effect. Besides that, the track's own website doesn't make the distinction between people with a concealed-carry permit - it only claims that "weapons of any description" are not welcome. I'm going to guess this is some individual race fan's pet issue...? --Duncan1800 23:31, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
