I'm quick failing this article as it fails on multiple criteria. The article is very short for someone with such a high profile, missing a lot of detail. For example, the section on his Google career is one paragraph which is nowhere near long enough. It also exhibits many "citation needed" templates and the awards section needs reworking. Other minor style issues exist.
There is some leeway at Good Article nomination for major issues to be raised and the nominator given time to fix them, but the nominator has not yet actually done any work on this article. And the issues are deeply fundamental to the article, so I am failing it for now without prejudice for renominating when the article is improved! --Errant (chat!) 08:51, 24 October 2012 (UTC)
