I dislike non-notable bios as much as everybody else. However:

1) He's a Navy quarterback
2) He's involved in a rape case that's been covered by the national media for over a year. Here is just a sampling of articles that a Google search will turn up:

Yes it is bad, and those updates have now been oversighted. Folks - please don't do that again by mentioning the alleged victim. There's no reliable source for her name, and for good reason - Alison 04:04, 3 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
