New name and rewrite (2009)[edit]

I am trying hard to make the Lakes Aquarium article work as a replacement for the Aquarium of The Lakes article (the name is out of date as as of 2008). I work for Lakes Aquarium and was asked to update the article with text from our promotional leaflet. Yesterday that text was removed as it wasn't appropriate, and I replaced it with some much simpler, neutral material. I hope the new text will be allowed, I borrowed the style from similar articles. I also have some optimized photos to upload but I will leave that until the main issue is resolved. Thank you and sorry to have caused this problem. Oliver.

Rewritten to remove non NPOV and adspeak content. Redirected 'Aquarium of the Lakes' here. Now believe it to be no longer a candidate for speedy deletion, so removed RSD.WhaleyTim (talk) 13:46, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Knifefish - does it mean Gymnotiformes, in which case they are from South America not Africa.Billlion (talk) 10:01, 31 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
