Shooting Suspect & Legalities[edit]

The shooting suspect is a minor and I've removed a comment which might have identified the suspect as his identity is subject to a publication ban. Though you may think he's a jerk, and the information was being discussed on broadcast media prior to charges being pressed the law is still the law and should be respected.

The information was also an unverified rumour, and thus not well suited for Wikipedia's goal of being encyclopaedic in nature. (174.7.78.215 (talk) 17:05, 24 January 2016 (UTC))[reply]

Newspaper Headlines[edit]

Regarding newspaper clippings . . I am wondering if this history should include news clips such as the Sept.30, 2011 entry. I would like to remove it (eventually) if there are no objections.Kayoty (talk) 15:25, 1 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Reading the wiki guidelines "Wikipedia is not a newspaper".I have concluded that the news article of Sept. 30, 2011 can be removed.Kayoty (talk) 07:21, 20 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
