Name[edit]

The USGS GNIS lists this town as "La Crosse": [1], and so does the United States Census [2] and the 1904 county history [3] and city-data.com [4] and Google Maps [5]. Omnedon (talk) 06:20, 17 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Interestingly, the La Crosse Public Library site (from "External links") does not use the space -- yet the photo on the home page includes the library's sign, and it does use the space (although the letters above the library doors exclude it -- possibly due to available space?). So in light of the above links, it appears there are people who don't use the space for whatever reason(s), but that that's not official usage. Omnedon (talk) 15:31, 17 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
