Right to change legal sex on a birth certificate[edit]

in the article it says that the right to change legal sex on a birth certificate has been stopped however in the summery table it has a tick and says its legal, also on the page Legal status of transgender people and on Transgender rights in the United States there are maps showing you can change legal sex in Montana and on trans rights in US it does not mention that you can't change legal sex in the state.
