Kalum Lo[edit]

Of all the known Kree that don't have their own article Kalum Lo is the most deserving. Fluffyroll11 (talk) 18:08, 11 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not 100% certain who Kalum Lo is, but I bet he/she would fit best on the List of Marvel Comics characters: K. Argento Surfer (talk) 20:03, 11 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

"Some of the most notable Kree."[edit]

That is the entire caption for the graphic at the top of the InfoBox.

It really doesn't tell us anything fact-wise like WHO they are -- especially for people who don't read comic books. A group shot/picture is kinda useless when there aren't any names. Names create/forge interest and 'connections.'

So, how about adding in the names of the characters pictured?

Just a thought. 2600:8800:786:A300:C23F:D5FF:FEC4:D51D (talk) 20:27, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like to oblige, but I'm not sure who the yellow and blue ones on either side of Korath are. I'm also not sure how to address Captain Mar-Vell being shown twice... Argento Surfer (talk) 02:30, 21 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Korath in GotG[edit]

@Hijiri88: RE this diff, what makes you think it's "obvious" that Korath isn't Kree, or that he's on loan from Thanos? The movie never says such. Argento Surfer (talk) 13:46, 4 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Argento Surfer: He is never referred to as Kree, everyone who is has blue skin, and he doesn't have blue skin. I'm pretty sure I read a number of secondary sources back in 2014 that referred to him as being on loan from Thanos, but the movie itself also implies Korath knows Thanos better than Ronan does (Thanos is the most powerful being in the universe). Hijiri 88 (やや) 20:32, 4 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Interesting. He's reappearing in Captain Marvel. Perhaps that will clear things up. Argento Surfer (talk) 20:54, 4 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Well, we can't synthesize two primary sources like GOTG and Captain Marvel, given the number of retcons that have taken place in the MCU (especially if we include the TV shows, which would essentially mean the only thing that defines the Kree is their blue skin); if he's stated to be Kree in Captain Marvel then we can say he appears as a Kree in Captain Marvel, but the claim that he is one of the named Kree appearing in GOTG definitely requires a source, since it's not self-evident from the film itself. (I'm ready to accept that MCU Kree don't all have blue skin, and that either the implication that he works for Thanos was wrong or that he was a Kree working for Thanos -- maybe Ronan's a racist and specifically requested a Kree henchman; it's also implied Korath's been working with Ronan longer than Gamora. But sources are needed. Granted, even if they lack citations, articles on Marvel comics that mention the movies seem to be generally better than the MCU articles themselves, which are filled with OR not supported by their cited sources, and per this discussion that's even worse than unsourced content since removing it is a pain in the glubark.) Improving the article[edit]

Hi, as you may have seen at the top of this article, there are some flaws, which should be corrected. I'm now asking people into helping fixing these flaws, since I need more time in fixing myself. Please, I really need to fix this article, I hope you understand. Penguin7812 (talk) 09:25, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
