Engine check needed[edit]

Les Ailes June 1930 has the FK.42 with a Cirrus Hermes inline. Could someone with the EWA check, please?TSRL (talk) 18:56, 21 August 2016 (UTC) Goldenwings' pre-war reg has PH-AGO, the example in Les Ailes, as a FK.41 but although the type number on the tail is unreadable in Les Ailes, there's a nice pic of it here which shows it was the FK.42. The pic above it, which is captioned FK.41, has a five-cylinder radial like the Titan. Can't read its tail but these observations do seem to bear out Les Ailes. If that's right, the EWA info is on the FK.41.TSRL (talk) 19:20, 21 August 2016 (UTC) A bit of zoom shows FK.42 is on the fin in that image also.TSRL (talk) 19:25, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This] says the FK.41 originally had a 50 hp Siemens engine. This description fits the Siemens-Halske Sh 4, which was a five-cylinder radial, perhaps confused by EWA with the Titan? Later FK.41s had Cirrus Hermes.TSRL (talk) 19:58, 21 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
