The original name of this mountain range[edit]

This mountain range was originally known as the ¨Shit House Mountains" (seriously...just do a Google search to verify, and look at my edit history if you want to confirm that I'm not a vandal...this isn't a prank or vandalism). It got abbreviated to ¨S.H. Mountains" on a lot of old maps, and it's still a source of embarrassment to some people, but it's part of the history of this place and of the state, and I think that fact deserves mention in the article.
