"Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation" vs "Greater Kingston"[edit]

Hi, BilCat. Regarding your revert of my changes, it's my understanding (based on the first two sentences in the second paragraph of the Kingston, Jamaica article) that "Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation" technically refers to the combined local government bodies while "Greater Kingston" technically refers the area that they control. Is that incorrect? If so, the Kingston, Jamaica article should be fixed. But we should track down some sources (perhaps the text itself of the 1923 Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation Act defines the terms) to clarify the situation.
