Manning-Sanders tale[edit]

Kojata in A Book of Wizards by Ruth Manning-Sanders seems EXTREMELY far removed from the tale that is outlined on this page. I'll read this summary closely again and then re-read the tale closely, but on first review, there didn't seem to be any similarities. This is fascinating stuff, for sure! Curious. Sounds like an unfortunate coincidence of titles -- if you turn the redirect into a page for the other fairy tale, we should probably have them point to each other for other confusions. Goldfritha 01:30, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Good ideas. ... I'll definitely hold off on any action until I can dig into both tales and see if there are any threads of plot similarity whatsoever. Otto1970 01:49, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removed "multiple issues" tag[edit]

Around 50 fairytale articles, including this one, had ATU classmarks but were also tagged for notability and other issues. I've looked through them and removed the tags from around half of them, including this page. The article had been worked on since it was tagged and now appears to no longer need the tag. If you wish to reinstate the tag, please do so but also please add a note to the page Wikipedia:WikiProject Folklore/To do/ATU fairytale notability‎.
