Untitled[edit]

I nominated this for deletion because it is pointless to have Kim Glover redirect to New Kids on the Block. She was one of a few managers for that group, and she has also managed other groups. Maybe someone could do some research and write an article about her, since I see she is mentioned in several other Wikipedia articles, but in my opinion, this redirect should go.--Susan118 (talk) 15:24, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I should not be encouraging discussion here; please discuss at its listing on Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion. --Susan118 (talk) 15:38, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'll attempt to create the article as a stub with basic information, hopefully someone with more resources, better writing skills, and more interest in the topic, will come along and expand it. --Susan118 (talk) 21:46, 10 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removed POV and peacock terms[edit]

"After reaching the pinnacle of in-house promotions, Kim decided to reform Girl Friday Promotions. As soon as the industry heard this she was deluged with offers, the first of which came from CBS and this is where history was made."

I had to completely remove this sentence, as it is full of problematic phrases:"reaching the pinnacle of in-house promotions", "deluged with offers", "this is where history was made". Since there is no source, I'm removing it altogether as opposed to rewriting it. There were a few other places I replaced or removed words such as "illustrious". WP:PEACOCK explains why terms like these should be avoided.--Susan118 (talk) 21:41, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
