Merging[edit]

The Khurramiyyah seems to be just the Persian spelling. Brand 21:09, 29 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One article describes this as a religious sect with a spiritual leader, the other as a political movement with a military leader; I assumed this was a Clovis I sort of deal and merged them into one. Ashibaka tock 23:52, 15 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edits[edit]

I have corrected a few mistakes in the articles. I have also removed the word "surkhjamegan" for which I could not find any reliable source. The word "muhammira", however, is mentioned in the Encyclopaedia of Islam. Additionally, I have restored the information regarding the possible link to the Qizilbash of Safavid Persia. It is a sourced statement. Tājik (talk) 00:21, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
