The article title is wrong[edit]

If you look at the state constitution and the Kentucky Revised Statutes, it's clear that Kentucky used to be in the school of thought that held that each circuit should have its own trial court. But then Kentucky switched over in 1978 to the school of thought that there is only one unified state trial court which sits in multiple districts. So the title should be Kentucky Circuit Court.
