Looming deletions[edit]

The Mormon Temple may have Kensington mailing address, but is not in Kensington. The two "notable" residents should, if preserved, be moved to a "Famous Residents" section. Sfahey 21:47, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding famous residents, would it be of value to mention the infamous case of the Lyon sisters? --Sephiroth9611 (talk) 00:28, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Who wrote this?[edit]

Most of this article looks as if it was written by a member of the Kensington Chamber of Commerce. This is not an encyclopedia entry, it is an advertisement.--Sand Squid (talk) 21:41, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Easy enough to fix - I'l take the first crack at it. JohnInDC (talk) 03:16, 25 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Who writes like this?[edit]

"The population was 1,873 at the 2000 census. Greater Kensington encompasses the entire 20895 zip code and its population is an order of magnitude larger than that of the town at its center."

This is pretentious, to the point that it's meaning isn't even clear. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.182.70.60 (talk) 20:13, 5 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You should rewrite it then! JohnInDC (talk) 10:54, 6 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
