This article about Kelly Timilty was redirected to the Massachusetts Governor's Executive Council. Kelly Timilty's father Joseph F. Timilty died very recently. The Massachusetts Governor's Executive Council is a constitutional institute mentioned in the Massachusetts Constitution. Kelly Timility served on the council for 18 years until her death.
