"Quan" or "Huy" for the body of the article?[edit]
The line at the top says "In accordance with Vietnamese custom, this person should be referred to by the given name, Huy.", but then the article refers to him as "Quan", e.g. "As a child actor, Quan rose to fame playing Short Round".
