Lost in Translation[edit]

It appears that the editors of these pages have missed the point. Cyrus was not equated to Bahman. The Zoroastrians, Iranians and medieval Muslims have made it very clear that Cyrus governed over Babylon on behalf of Bahman the Persian King. It is unfortunate that the western world have taken their materials strictly from non middle-easterners, such as the Romans and the Greeks, as well as original research that contradicts the very history of the Iranian and Iraqi people. To tell a native people that their history is wrong, full of myths or fiction and should be reeducated, is completely xenophobic.

Whenever the medieval Muslims crossed paths with the westerners and read their histories regarding that of ancient Iran and Iraq, the Muslims would confirm that what the westerners have in their books is a case of mistaken identity. For the Europeans have mixed up and confused the Persian kings with their Babylonian governors. MuslimKnight786 (talk) 02:53, 1 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
